At Minuca Sostres, we take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives safely and beautifully presented. Please read our shipping and returns information carefully before placing your order.

General Information

We want you to be completely happy with your new piece of art.

Every effort has been made to represent the artworks as accurately as possible in terms of size and colour. However, please note that colours may vary slightly due to differences in browsers, devices, or screen settings. Such variations are not considered faults.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
  • Shipping time: After processing, delivery usually takes 7–8 business days, depending on your location and the courier service used.
  • Order tracking: You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
  • Carbon neutral: All shipments are made through end-to-end carbon neutral services.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchase to confirm availability. Rush deliveries may incur an additional charge.

Shipping Rates by Product Type

1. Life Drawing & Limited Edition Posters

  • United Kingdom: Free shipping
  • Europe: £15 flat rate
  • International: £30 flat rate

Framed pieces are carefully packaged and ready to hang.
Unframed prints are shipped rolled in protective tubes.

If your location is restricted at checkout, please contact us for a bespoke courier quote.

2. Print Art

  • International shipping available and calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and whether the print is framed or unframed.
  • Shipping costs typically range from $14 to $60, depending on the destination.
  • Framed artwork is ready to hang; unframed prints are shipped rolled.
  • Orders are replaced free of charge if lost or damaged in transit.

3. Original Art

Most orders of original art are packed and shipped within 5 working days.

  • UK deliveries: Typically arrive within 2 days of dispatch. Please allow up to 7 working days total.
  • Collection: You may collect your artwork directly from the artist’s studio in Surrey by appointment — please email minuca@minucasostres.com.
  • International shipping: Available to most countries; delivery times may vary.
    If your location is restricted at checkout, contact us for a bespoke courier quote.

Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties or taxes as determined by the destination country.
These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind

If you are not fully satisfied with your artwork, you may request a refund within 7 days of receipt.
Please email us to arrange the return. The buyer is responsible for packaging and return shipping.
Returned artwork must be in perfect, resellable condition — undamaged and unmarked.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned piece.

If your piece arrives damaged

All artworks are carefully packed and protected.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.
Replacements will be arranged free of charge if the item was lost or damaged in transit.

Overseas Returns

Currently, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any products shipped outside the UK.

Additional Notes

Shipping fees cover packaging materials, handling, and courier costs.
